Get Homeowner Calls Without Chasing Leads
Ronway Pest Control is a referral service. Homeowners contact us about pest and wildlife problems, and we connect them with independent providers in our network. This page is for contractors who want to be one of those providers.
This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or technicians. You stay independent and run your own business.
Who We Are Looking For
We want local providers who serve homeowners and treat them well. That includes businesses that handle:
- Residential pest control, such as ants, spiders, roaches, crickets and termites
- Bed bug treatment
- Rodent control
- Wildlife removal and exclusion
Solo operators and small companies are welcome. What matters is that you do good work and communicate clearly.
What We Expect
Being in the network comes with a few basic standards:
- Hold the licenses and insurance your state and local rules require
- Answer referred homeowners politely and promptly
- Explain the problem and the plan in plain words
- Give written quotes before starting
- Handle animals humanely and follow wildlife rules
- Talk with homeowners about sealing and upkeep after the job
You are responsible for your own work, pricing and agreements with customers. We do not direct how you do the job.
Why Providers Join
Many homeowners are ready to act when they reach out. A referral can put you in touch with them sooner. You choose which jobs fit your schedule and service area. Terms for referrals are shared during the application process.
How to Apply
Send a short email to contact@ronway.property. Please include:
- Your business name and the towns you serve
- The services you offer
- Your license and insurance details
- A good contact number and the times of day when you are easiest to reach
We review each request and reply with next steps if it looks like a fit.
